These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Health.
These regulations are made under section 13C(1) of the Contraception, Sterilisation, and Abortion Act 1977—
(a)
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b)
on the recommendation of the Minister of Health after consultation with the Minister of Justice and after being satisfied of the matters in section 13C(2) of that Act.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Contraception, Sterilisation, and Abortion (Safe Areas) Regulations 2023.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on the 28th day after they are notified in the Gazette.
3 Interpretation
In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,—
Auckland Medical Aid Centre land parcels means the land described in the following records of title:

4 Safe areas
The following are safe areas:
(a)
