Unit Titles (Strengthening Body Corporate Governance and Other Matters) Amendment Bill

Proposed amendment

Chlöe Swarbrick, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

New clause 15A

After clause 15 (page 14, after line 15), insert:

15A Section 116 amended (Long-term maintenance plan)

In section 116(3), before paragraph (a), insert:

(aaa)

identify any defects in or repairs required to the unit title development and estimate the costs involved in resolving the issue; and

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper reinstates a clause removed by the select committee so that long-term maintenance plans must identify any defects in, or repairs required to, the unit title development and estimate repair costs.
