Proposed amendments

Karen Chhour, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 29

In clause 29(2),—

(a)

replace “subsections (2) and (3)” (page 8, line 1) with “subsection (3)”:

(b)

delete new subsection (2) of section 214A (page 8, lines 2 to 5).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Oranga Tamariki Amendment Bill.
