Proposed amendment

Hūhana Lyndon, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 29

After clause 29, new section 88BA(3A)(g) (page 23, after line 21), insert:

(h)

any iwi or hapū that have an arrangement with a consent applicant or consent authority.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Bill to allow those outside of Treaty settlements and legislated arrangements to be included for the purpose of other arrangements.
