Education and Training (Vocational Education and Training System) Amendment Bill

Proposed amendment

Francisco Hernandez, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 22

In clause 22, new section 326(1), after paragraph (b) (page 15, after line 33), insert:

(ba)

a staff representative for each federation polytechnic and each anchor polytechnic, who has been elected by the staff of that polytechnic to represent their interests; and

(bb)

a student representative for each federation polytechnic and each anchor polytechnic, who has been elected by the students of that polytechnic to represent their interests; and

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training (Vocational Education and Training System) Amendment Bill.
