Ian McKelvie, in Committee, to move the following amendment:
Schedule 1: new Part 9 of Schedule 1
In Schedule 1, new Part 9 of Schedule 1, clause 27(3), delete the row relating to Universal College of Learning (page 59).
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper seeks to exclude the Universal College of Learning from the transitional arrangements in the Bill that convert existing polytechnics into NZIST subsidiaries.
