Proposed amendment
Hon Tim Macindoe, in Committee, to move the following amendment:
Schedule 1: new Part 9 of Schedule 1
In Schedule 1, new Part 9 of Schedule 1, clause 27(3), delete the row relating to Waikato Institute of Technology (page 59).
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper seeks to exclude the Waikato Institute of Technology from the transitional arrangements in the Bill that convert existing polytechnics into NZIST subsidiaries.
